Jewelry by E will ship out your order 5-7 business days after receipt of order and payment. If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will contact you.
All Jewelry by E orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. Each order will have a tracking number associated with your order once it has left our studio.
Please note that all international orders are subject to each country’s import taxes, custom duties, and brokerage fees. Recipient is responsible for paying these fees and those extra fees may add to the International ﬂat rate fee below. Unfortunately, Jewelry by E cannot control these charges nor predict them, so please contact your local customs ofﬁce for further detailed information prior to placing international orders.
Jewelry by E is responsible for all packages until they are tendered to the USPS.
We are certain that you will love your purchase! However, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance at Jewelry by E. If for any reason you are not completely satisﬁed with your purchase, please contact us immediately by email or telephone.
We are happy to issue you a store credit or you may exchange your piece(s). Return shipping fees are of the responsibility of the customer. All earrings are nonrefundable (due to sanitary reasons). In order to be eligible for either a store credit or exchange please contact us within 7 days of received shipment. A full refund and free return shipping is only available when it involves a production mistake on our end. Orders will only qualify for a refund or exchange if the security tag on the product has not been removed or tampered with, and the jewelry is returned in the condition in which it was received.
After the 7th day refund/exchange period has expired, and all sales are ﬁnal.
We will keep you informed of your return request and once approval has been established, please allow 10 business days for the refund back to your credit card. The refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for payment.
ALL custom orders, gift certiﬁcates, and sale items are FINAL SALE and will not have the option for refund, exchange or store credit.
Note: Our return processing center only accepts returns for items purchased on www.jewelrybye.com. Returns for items purchased at one of our retailers must be handled with the store in which the items were originally purchased and are subject to each retailer’s return/exchange policy.
